Through the contact form we collect only: full name, email address, and phone number (optional). We also record the date of your submission and your preferred language.
3. Purpose of use
We use your data exclusively to contact you about your request for information on training & coaching sessions. We do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.
4. We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Data is stored with our hosting and database provider solely to operate this service.
5. Your rights (CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CPA)
Depending on your state of residence, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and opt out of any future processing. To exercise these rights, write to info@contechnik.com or to our postal address. We will respond within the timeframes required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
6. Email communications (CAN-SPAM)
Any follow-up email we send will identify us, include our physical postal address and a clear unsubscribe link. Opt-out requests are honored promptly.
7. Phone, calls and SMS (TCPA)
Providing a phone number is optional. We will not send automated calls or text messages unless we first obtain your express written consent through a separate, unchecked checkbox.
8. Security
All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and access to stored data is restricted to the site owner.
9. Retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary to respond to your request and maintain a professional relationship, or until you ask us to delete it.
